Location

We are located in a recently renovated historic building in the heart of New Preston Village Center. We are 20 minutes from the Litchfield Green and 20 minutes from downtown New Milford. We offer a variety of yoga classes with experienced teachers as well as massage, Reiki and other holistic therapies. In addition there will be mini lecture series, and workshops with guest teachers. Suggestions always welcome.

Note: Parking is available next to the Erickson Pavilion Hall.
